17 companies have filed protests at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims which have been consolidated into one case under Judge Thompson M. Dietz. It is unclear what the protests are about since the case is sealed. NITAAC has been granted a 49-day extension to its deadline for filing a status report and the administrative record of the procurement making the new deadline May 31 2024.
